How to Prepare Your Home for Your Upcoming Gutter/Gutter Protection Installation

Prior to your installation day, please prepare your home by doing the following:

  • Our installation team will need access to a power source to plug. If you do not have any outside power outlets, please leave a porch light on and our partners can use an adapter to draw power.
  • We recommend removing any items on the interior walls of your home that may fall due to vibrations from the installation.
  • We recommend moving any items outside of your home that could be damaged by falling debris from the installation. Items like patio furniture, barbeque grills and anything close to the home should be moved away to prevent any damage.


Here are a few key things to know about your upcoming installation:

  • You will receive a confirmation call or text the day before we begin. Installation will begin the very next day, so please check your messages.
  • Your Project Coordinator will contact you the morning of your appointment to explain what to expect to take place that day and answer any questions you may have about the installation.
    Decisions to postpone installation are based on safety factors for both your home and our installation crews. We take these decisions very seriously.  Wind, rain, snow or severe temperature can all create safety issues, so we do not make a decision to proceed or not until the morning or your installation.  We appreciate your patience and understanding should we need to postpone.  If we do postpone your installation, we promise to find a new date and time that is convenient for you.
