• The estimate must contain company’s name and the description of the specific product.

• Competitor must be in business in Michigan or Ohio  for a minimum of 10 years.

• Competitors’ annual sales volume must exceed $5,000,000.

• Company must be licensed and insured for a minimum of $2,000,000.

• Windows must have heat mirror, IQ or equivalent glass.

• Windows must have Tuf Glass, tempered or equivalent.

• Windows must have reinforced sashes and must have steel spacer bar between the glass, not aluminum, rubber or plastic.

• Must be NFRC / Energy Star approved product and contractor. 

• Hansons reserves the right to pay the difference in prices.

• Hansons Home Free/Money Back guarantee offer is limited to one year from date on customer’s contract.

• Payment must be made in full at time of original installation.

• Product must be purchased and installed by Hansons.

• Hansons agrees that the job will be completed pursuant to the contract between Hansons and the customer.  If there is any discrepancy between customer and Hansons, the contract will take precedence.

• Customer agrees to permit Hansons or a third party of Hansons’ choosing to cure any alleged workmanship defect.

• In the rare event Hansons is unable to satisfy your issue within 3 attempts Hansons will refund 10% of your purchase price on the product needing repair. 

• A fourth visit for the same problem will result in a 20% refund of the purchase price for the product needing repair.

• If a fifth visit is needed for the same problem then Hansons will give the customer their money back for the product that has to be replaced.   In order to receive the money back, the item being refunded must be returned to Hansons by another contractor. 

• If there are unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, preexisting conditions, mold or structural damage on the home preventing Hansons from completing the job, Hansons cannot be held liable and this guarantee is null and void.
